Providing a safe space for you and your friends to attend the theatre is our number one goal during this pandemic. Before you arrive at the theatre, we have already take the following measures.
Installed an Ultra Violet filter to the HVAC system to provide additional bacteria and virus mitigation.
Installed touchless sanitization stations, towel and soap dispensers.
The theatre has been and will continue to be thoroughly cleaned prior to each performance.
The following policies will remain in effect until further notice. Policies will be reviewed and may be changed as required by local authorities.
MAINSTAGE SOCIALLY DISTANCED (SD) SEATING
To give everyone additional space while entering we will be providing space markers to keep social distancing.
When purchasing tickets, the seating chart has already been blocked off for social distancing. Seating can be reserved for 2 people or 1 person always with a seat separating you from other patrons.
After check-in, patrons will be directed to their seats and except for restroom visits will be asked to remain seated.
We strongly encourage patrons to print their tickets at home or select an e-ticket to refer to upon arrival. Ushers will check-in all patrons at the door. Tickets will not exchange hands or be scanned at the door to minimize physical interactions. Instead, an usher will check patrons in by last name.
THE PATRON EXPERIENCE
All patrons are required to wear masks until further notice. Masks will not be supplied at the theatre. However, a minimal supply of masks will be available in the event a mask is forgotten. Masks must remain on the entire time.
All patrons will have their temperature checked before entering the theatre with a no-touch thermometer. If a patron has a temperature of over 100.4 degrees, they will be asked to return home and will be given a free exchange to a later performance or a full refund.
There will be ample hand sanitizer available at strategic places in the lobby, in the theatre and in the restrooms.
At the end of the show, patrons will exit by row to minimize crowding and maximize space.
Online purchases will be restricted to 1 or 2 consecutive seats. If you are attending with a larger group, please call the box office at 954-928-9800 for accommodations.
The theater will be properly cleaned and sanitized between shows
Concessions will not be available until further notice.
If the show has an intermission, ushers will be instructed in managing traffic to restrooms.
Patrons who do not abide by these rules will be asked to leave the theater and will not be provided a refund.
