MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL ISLAND CITY STAGE EVENTS BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 1, 2021 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
Providing a safe space for you and your friends to attend the theatre is our number one goal during this pandemic. Before you arrive at the theatre, we have already taken the following measures.
PROOF OF VACCINATION AND/OR A NEGATIVE COVID TEST REQUIRED FOR ENTRY.
Vaccination is required for all company members, staff and volunteers.
Installed an Ultra Violet filter to the HVAC system to provide additional bacteria and virus mitigation.
Installed touchless sanitization stations, towel and soap dispensers.
The theatre has been and will continue to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to each performance.
The following policies will remain in effect until further notice. Policies will be reviewed and may be changed as required by local authorities.
We strongly encourage patrons to print their tickets at home or select an e-ticket to refer to upon arrival. Ushers will check-in all patrons at the door. Tickets will not exchange hands or be scanned at the door to minimize physical interactions. Instead, an usher will check patrons in by last name.
THE PATRON EXPERIENCE
All patrons will complete a Patron Safety Questionnaire 12 hours before entrance. These questions cover symptom, possible recent exposure and required guest names for contact tracing.
All patrons are required to wear masks until further notice. Masks will not be supplied at the theatre. However, a minimal supply of masks will be available in the event a mask is forgotten. Masks must remain on the entire time.
There will be ample hand sanitizer available at strategic places in the lobby, in the theatre and in the restrooms.
The theater will be properly cleaned and sanitized between shows
Concessions may be available but that decision will be made on a per show basis.
If the show has an intermission, ushers will be assigned to managing traffic inside the building.
Patrons who do not abide by these rules will be asked to leave the theater and will not be provided a refund.
